Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT: Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) before joining this promotion (“Promotion”) provided by SpectruMed Inc., the authorized distributor of Hydrafacial in the Philippines.
By joining the Hydrafacial x Yllana Marie Aduana Meet & Greet Contest, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Promo Duration: January 7-16, 2026 (Promo ends on January 16, 2025, at exactly 6:00 PM. Any entries submitted after this time will no longer be counted.)
- Entries that do not comply with the mechanics (e.g., insufficient tagged friends, not following SpectruMed or Hydrafacial) are considered invalid.
- SpectruMed shall not shoulder any travel, transportation, accommodation, or personal expenses incurred by the winner or guest in traveling to and from the event venue.
- The Meet & Greet event venue will be located within Metro Manila.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or converted to cash or any other product or service.
- Winners must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize on or before January 20, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- If the winner is unable to attend the Meet & Greet event, the Meet & Greet portion of the prize will be forfeited. The Hydrafacial treatment for two may still be claimed, subject to scheduling guidelines.
- Winners will be officially announced and notified via Hydrafacial Philippines’ social media stories and through direct message.
- Detailed instructions on how to claim the prize and attend the Meet & Greet will be sent to the winner’s registered email address.
- The contest is open to participants who are 18 years old and above at the time of joining. Employees of SpectruMed, its affiliates, agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining.
- Participants may tag more than one person in the comments; however, only one (1) guest may accompany the winner to the Meet & Greet and Hydrafacial treatment.
- By joining this contest, participants expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of their personal information by Hydrafacial Philippines and SpectruMed for purposes related to contest administration, prize fulfillment, announcements, and verification, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
- Prizes will be awarded as-is and without warranty of any kind, except as required by law or covered by the manufacturer.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, or inappropriate submissions.
- In case of disputes, the decision of SpectruMed Inc. will be final and binding.
- By participating, winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their names, photos, and entry content for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- Limitation of Liability
SpectruMed Inc. and Hydrafacial shall not be held liable for:
- Technical failures (internet, system errors, platform downtime).
- Lost, late, or misdirected entries.
- Any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by participants in connection with joining this promotion or using the prizes.
- By participating, entrants release and hold harmless SpectruMed Inc., Frezyderm, Facebook, and Instagram from any and all liability arising from this Promotion.
- This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
Hydrafacial Philippines and SpectruMed reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
